ABB dependency

Public setup notes for the legacy ABB controller DLL.

Install

  1. Download the ABB distributable package.
  2. Extract ABB.Robotics.Controllers.PC.dll.
  3. Place it at src/Axis.Core/Properties/Resources/lib/ABB.Robotics.Controllers.PC.dll.

Notes

  • If the DLL is missing, legacy controller-specific features cannot run.
  • The active solution build stays green because Axis.Legacy is archived for now.
  • Revalidate runtime compatibility before restoring that path publicly.
