Axis.Legacy is preserved as an archived placeholder so the old migration context is not lost, but it should not be treated as a fully supported runtime target.
If it is restored later
- Revalidate external dependencies.
- Recheck the build target and runtime compatibility.
- Document the migration path before exposing it publicly again.
